Reservation and Cancellation Policy
All Reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit paid at the time the reservation is made. A credit card and / or a security deposit is required for all rentals and tours. Changing dates of a reservation is allowed up until 10 days prior to your reservation for no additional charge. Changes to the dates of a reservation within 10 days of the reservation date can be made, but will be charged a 25% inconvenience fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of your reservation will forfeit your deposit. Reservations canceled within 24 hours and no shows will be charged the full rental amount for the equipment reserved. Changes to your reservation within 72 hours of your reservation are not allowed.*
*It is our goal at Uinta Recreation to be as fair as possible with our guests and customers. If changes or cancellations to your reservation are necessary we may forgive part or all of the cancellation policy and will evaluate on a case by case evaluation. However, do not make a reservation unless you are sure and committed to the dates, cost and time as well as the full terms of the cancellation policy.
